Welcome to my channel. Together with my family, foster children and friends we will be sharing Soul Food recipes, cooking tricks, tips, hacks - all seasoned with love. Although I set this channel up in 2012 my daughter and I only uploaded our first cooking video in May 2017 and very quickly we could feel your love and we have not looked back.
