My name is Cris and two years ago, I lost 60 lbs in 7 months without counting calories or exercising and I've kept it off, solely by following a plant-based lifestyle. When my children showed interest in what I was doing, I started the arduous task of transitioning my entire FAMILY OF SIX (myself, my husband and our FOUR kids, ages 1-7) to a plant-based diet. We then switched out toxic household products and researched and bought healthier alternatives, we made an effort to spend more time in nature, we cleared out old junk and opted for a more minimalist household-- we truly changed everything. This Infinite Life is a lifestyle channel that offers practical advice, tips and tricks for following a plant-based and holistic lifestyle.
