Oslo Mela festival is the biggest multi cultural event in Scandinavia organized by Horisont Foundation. Oslo, Norway. Horisont Foundation works for international artistic and cultural exchange and organizes festivals, concerts, seminars and workshops. The main aim behind is to enhance ethnic minority's participation in cultural arenas in Norway.
