Young Fr33zY Band$. Born and raised in the western part of Kenya, Opanda Franz Haydn alias Young Freezy Bands (stylized ; Young Fr33zY Band$) is a rapper doing various sub-genres of hiphop music which are: trap, alternative hiphop, contemporary hiphop and mainstream music. His love for rap music began as sooner as he started attending high school. He currently is an independent artist who resides in Nairobi. His artistic influences include American rapper Lil Wayne and his grandfather. His music is mainly drawn from different daily experiences. His rapping technique is a fast, hard and aggressive, full of rhymes and various stylistic poetic devices such as alliteration. He uses both old school rapping and trap rapping. Listening to western world rappers, Opanda would latter self teach himself how to rap. He began by doing cyphers while still in high school and remixing major hit music. His rapping style has also been termed unique.
