Kalinga TV a 24-hour Odia news channel is part of Kalinga Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. was founded by philanthropist and educationist Dr. Achyuta Samanta with Mr. Himansu Sekhar Khatua the noted film maker at it’s helm as the Managing Director. Kalinga TV is a 24-hour news channel and plans to be the premiere news channel in Odisha with special emphasis on social development. The company was incorporated on 24.04.2013 under the Companies Act of 1956.
