Barrow Media Empowerment Platform (PBMEP) would facilitate the distribution of the quality content including news & information about government projects, interviews with members & supporters of Barrow’s Youths for National Development, members & supporters of Barrow’s Fans Club, independent minded personalities which would help promote, educate and informed civil society on matters of public concern that would reflect the diversity of the citizens.
