A snapshot of my own personal collection, dedicated to all those musicians, producers, writers, promoters, club owners, radio presenters, record store owners, fans et al, born in or 'adopted' by Southern Africa that played their part in creating the scene as we know it today...also shows the mix of music I was, and still am, exposed to growing up...I continue to add to my collection whenever I stumble on anything I don't have, with the intention of leaving this music legacy to my son Joshua. Having been born in SA, we left SA when he was one, and want to ensure, when he grows up, remind him what amazing place SA was (is?) musically...and hope he leaves it to our grandchildren...
