Die "Projekthilfe Gambia e.V." engagiert sich seit 1985 für Entwicklungshilfe in Gambia. Der gemeinnützige Verein aus Hattingen betreibt im Dorf Jahaly eine Klinik (das "Jahaly Health Centre" oder kurz: die "Buschklinik"), einen Kindergarten mit Vorschule und vier Gartenprojekte.
