By submitting your photos, stories, videos and/or content on the "The Real” official Youtube page, you grant "The Real" a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide gratis license to use, reproduce and broadcast such photos, stories, video, content, including but not limited to your handle, hometown (city/state), photo, video, name, likeness, image, and/or voice in and in connection with the The Real television series and website, in perpetuity, in any and all media. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and own or control the copyright to any photos you post, including your profile picture, and that you are authorized to consent to use of the materials by "The Real."
