THE VATEL BORDEAUX CAMPUS Opened in 1994, Vatel Bordeaux host and trains over 700 students each year. Located in the historical Chartrons district, Vatel has facilities of nearly 33,000 square feet, with classroom, a 4* hotel, a lounge bar and a themed “Global Tastes and Wines” restaurant called: Les Tables Vatel. Vatel Bordeaux is expanding and a second campus, “Les Halles,” will open for the beginning of the 2018 academic year to reinforce development and educational innovation. Last year, Vatel Group was honored as the "Best School Award" by the Worldwide Hospitality Awards.
