Voices of

The Voices of Faith initiative is intended to raise awareness in support of the integration of women in church management decision making roles and responsibilities. The goals of the Voices of Faith initiative is to promote the extraordinary talent, courage and positive social contributions of Catholic women around the world; to connect Catholic women in an effort to share their stories, aspirations, dreams and passions in order to effect positive change in a complex religious society; to empower Catholic women to share and learn from one another and to impart these learnings throughout the church for the greater good. In sum, the goal of this initiative is to integrate Catholic women's thoughts, ideas, and methods into Catholic institutions and their administrative decision making roles to impact positive change.
