Half-Assed Health
I went whole-food, plant-based (not 100%) in January 2012 and lost a considerable amount of weight, about 150 pounds, along with eradicating sleep apnea, migraines, high blood pressure, arthritis, lung granulomas, enlarged heart, depression, anxiety and OCD from my life. I also had not had a virus in over 5 years. I have not been involved with the You Tube community in almost 5 years and have experienced quite a few things in my life, i.e., tragedies and very difficult family issues that have made it difficult for me to continue on my quest for health, causing a considerable weight gain. I am on a quest to acquire the best health and be my best version of myself and maybe inspire a few along the way. Won't you join me as this "prodigal son" returns to finding her way to complete health.
