This has exposed me to a wide range of recipes and challenged me to come out with exciting recipes of my own; adding to my Ghanaian catering repertoire. Nothing excites me more than to see my guests enjoying the food I have prepared. My focus for this channel is to capture and bring out the hidden talents of the youth as well as making cooking more exciting for the older generation.
