Pemba Capital Partners specialises in buy and build partnerships with the owners and managers of private businesses. Many of Pemba’s most successful partnerships have involved an investment in a strong business followed by a series of smaller acquisitions that are integrated into the “parent” business. This growth strategy is sometimes known as Buy and Build. Pemba Capital Partners is independently owned by its Managing Directors. Established in 1998, Pemba Capital Partners has made over 20 investments which have in turn completed over 80 add-on acquisitions as part of buy and build strategies developed with RMB. Pemba currently has $650M of funds under management.
