Welcome to my creative African inspired channel, where recipes are created or re-invented by Chef Fafa. 'Ndudu' means food in my tribal language 'Ewe' (from the Volta Region of Ghana). My name is Fafa Gilbert hence 'Ndudu by Fafa' is 'Food by Fafa'. I love creating recipes & finding substitutes for ingredients that aren't readily available to me here in London.
