This is just in: I'm currently making all kinds of videos whether subtitled comedies, buffalaxed (misheard) lyrics videos to foreign songs that I thought would be hilarious to misinterpret, slideshows or anything else I can think of! Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statue that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.... This is non profit therefore qualifies under the exceptions. It is also available for comment and criticism. In other words, the above disclaimer said that it's OK to use music for parody, so there. Meanwhile, I enjoy watching everything from old TV commercials to upbeat dance tracks. :)
