I just recently started using instagram (October 2019) so, my advises are from my experience (both mistakes and wins) and from the mentorship I acquired from my business mentors who are crushing it online and on Instagram. I was able to get around 1000 followers within a month of using their strategies. I do believe that I'd grow way better if I had more time to put in the work on my Instagram account. I am a Speech Therapist by profession still a community service worker, I couldn't balance things out so my growth was not that fast. So, if my videos resonate with you.
