Hi there! Welcome to my Fitness Channel where i post crazy but really effective workouts which will shred you up. I also post my Vegan healthy meals which go well with fitness related topics. I've been doing High Intensity Interval Trainings for the past 6 years and it works wonders for me. I don't do traditional gym but i do mostly home workouts with minimum equipment needed (Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Power Bands, Jump rope ... ). My workouts are short but effective. So if you want to lose weight, get lean and sexy muscles and shred you body you are checking the right channel for you. I have workouts for the beginners as well. So everybody can join in. If you scroll around my channel videos i am sure you will find something good for you. It'c challenging but so worth it.
