Ela Ben-Ur

Ela Ben-Ur is A 13-year veteran of innovation firm IDEO and Design Thinking, parent, coach, and educator at pioneering Olin College. She is passionate about enabling people of all ages to articulate and amplify their natural ways of designing and innovating in anything they do. She works closely with educators and other organizations to that end. Through endless experimentation in this work, she's developed Innovators' Compass, a visual workspace to explore new possibilities in any situation. It's oriented by approaches from personal learning to organizational change, and technical innovation to our own intuition.
